ASBURY THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY: Admissions National Recruiter
ASBURY THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY (www.asburyseminary.edu) is accepting applications for the full-time, salaried position of Admissions National Recruiter. This position reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management. The National Recruiter Coordinates all Admissions recruitment efforts and performs all functions necessary to recruit prospective students with the goal of getting them to apply for admission.  

The essential functions of this position are as follows:
-       Develops nationwide marketing and recruitment strategies focusing on feeder schools, conferences and churches.
-       Coordinates travel itinerary and staffing necessary to fulfill recruitment strategies.
-       Implements recruitment procedures including advance site coordination and communication, as well as event organization.
-       Facilitates electronic communications with prospective students.
-       Organizes campus and regional recruiting events (registrations, logistics, reservations).
-       Recruits and trains Asbury Ambassadors (alumni and students)
-          Maintains recruitment supplies.
-          Travels and recruits as seminary representative. 

Other responsibilities include:
-    Maintains awareness of seminary admission standards, academic programs and delivery systems.
-    Coordinates information exchange with seminary departments for the successful recruitment of prospective students.
-    Contributes to strategic planning, improvement and implementation of Admissions procedures.
-    Assists in hosting campus visitors and reviewing applicant files when necessary.
-    Other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, and Minimum Qualifications required are:
1.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2.       Experience with detail-oriented work and proficiency at meeting deadlines.
3.       Ability to work independently and as a team member.
4.       Ability to travel and coordinate travel details.
5.       Computer experience and familiarity with the Internet.
6.       Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
7.       Admissions experience helpful.
8.       Graduate degree preferred.
