The College and Position Montreat College (http://www.montreat.edu), located near Asheville in the mountains of Western North Carolina, seeks an experienced strategic enrollment management professional to oversee an established Enrollment Services operation that serves the approximately 1,150 students. Montreat College is the only Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) school in North Carolina, and is committed to the integration of faith and learning in a Christ-centered environment. The Vice President reports to the President and serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. Direct reports include: the Director of Enrollment Marketing & Communication (traditional campus), Director of Enrollment Development & Outreach (traditional campus), Director of Records and Registration (serves both the traditional campus and non-traditional adult campuses), and the Director of Financial Aid (serves both the traditional campus and the non-traditional adult campuses). The Vice President leads campus-wide teams including the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Committee and Integrated Marketing Team, as well as serves on various strategic and process-level teams.
