DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS   

POSITION OVERVIEW
Oak Hills Christian College is seeking an individual to fill the position of Director of Admissions. Although employment may begin sooner, September 1, 2009, is the latest start date. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. The Director of Admissions is a full-time position.   

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Admissions is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive recruitment and admissions program. These responsibilities include developing recruitment goals, determining appropriate levels of risk in recruitment strategizing, marketing, oversight of the recruitment and admissions process from inquiry to enrollee, staff supervision and development, managing the department, and implementing a recruitment program based on sound analysis of data.   

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) and five years experience in the field of recruitment and admissions in an educational institution is required. The Director of Admissions shall demonstrate gifting and skill in people management, systems planning, implementation and adaptability, and decision making. Experience in marketing and data analysis is necessary. Demonstrated competency in relational skills and the ability to work together with a team is needed. Essential to an effective fit is the ability to embrace the doctrinal position, mission, and values of Oak Hills, and the denominational diversity of OHCC.
