Crown College, located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a full-time Financial Aid Counselor to start as soon as possible. Crown College is the Midwest regional college of The Christian and Missionary Alliance with a commitment to developing emerging Christian leaders.

The Financial Aid Counselor shall:
. Counsel students and parents, in person, by telephone and on the Internet;
. Verify federal financial aid applications;
. Assist with financial aid workshop presentations;
. Perform verification of data and recalculation of financial aid needs as needed;
. Assist in the management of "missing information" communications;
. Complete review of student files to insure compliance with federal, state and College regulations;
. Manage private and corporate scholarship programs;
. Determine students' SAP eligibility; and
. Prepare reports on financial aid activities as requested by the State and Federal governments or the College;
. Assist in the preparation of financial aid records for the annual or semi-annual audit of the office accounts; and
. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Financial Aid and the Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing.

Qualifications:
. Minimum of three years of increased responsibility and success in a Financial Aid Office;
. A bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred;
. Strong computer, analytical, verbal and written skills;
. Strong interpersonal, leadership, strategic planning, organizational, managerial and communication skills;
. Be in agreement with the Crown College Statement of Faith and Community Covenant.
