Session Details:

Session 1 & 2 – Work and Rest

Do you feel like you are in a battle for your life? Is work wreaking havoc with your other important values? Is our post-modern 24/7 culture creating diminishing returns for your office? Bring your whole staff to join the discussion as we tackle this topic in an intimate setting this spring. As an added bonus, we have built in discussion times to which you may bring your toughest work related topics. Take a day and get refreshed and retooled with your friends from NACCAP.

Session 3 - Data & Analytics

How are numbers?  What is our goal?  Too often we seek answers to the questions asked of us.  Prepare to ask questions of questions and critically analyze data along the way to an answer.  In the era of big data, we are all analysts – not just our vice presidents or research teams.  Learn how to use data for micro decision-making and prepare meaningful and actionable findings.

Session 4 - Small Group Discussion

We will divide into smaller groups, based on membership segment (high school, undergraduate and graduate/seminary), to discuss those "hot topic" items that impact our efforts in high schools and colleges/universities.
