Session 2 - The Stress Cycle: The Battle Rages
In our creative disobedience, we create stress cycles for ourselves. We will explore these cycles and identify habits which keep us within them.

Session 3 - Capture Your Red Herrings
Through round-table discussions we will work through the most likely distractors in our work and propose possible solutions. We will capture the wisdom of the group as we discuss the college admissions process and the topics most pressing for you today.

Through a series of exercises, you will devise a unique battle plan to tackle the struggles that keep you from the cohesive life you desire.
