News and Updates June 2010

Greetings!
It was wonderful to see many of you at the NACCAP Conference at Bethel College. Thanks again to the Bethel College staff for all of their hard work and preparation.

NCCF REGISTRATION
If you have not received the NCCF email regarding online registration for the National Christian College Fairs, please follow the link below. You are more than welcome to print the Manual Registration Forms for your own records, but if applicable we ask that you try to register online for the fairs. We are building a database based on your fair participation so that when you return to register next year, you will be able to see the fairs you attend and the attendance for past fairs. DEADLINE EXTENDED
In an effort to respond to requests we have received to register for fairs, we are extending the deadline to register without penalty to June 30. We strongly encourage you to register by this Friday, June 18, but will not incur late fees until after June 30. You may make adjustments or changes to your registered fairs up through July 15 with no penalty and will need to contact NACCAP Headquarters to make any changes or adjustments. If you register for fairs after June 30, you will incur a $75 penalty fee per fair.

Do not forget that all Electronic List of Names need to be submitted by June 30.


LOGO ADVERTISEMENT
Many of you heard at the conference that we plan to place a Logo/Banner Ad on the NCCF website to direct students and parents back to your website. If you visit www.nccf.us you will see space in the header of each page. This is where your logo placement will go. An email will go out with SPECS soon. The cost to have your logo on the NCCF website will be $300. You will also receive a detailed report on how many clicks your logo received after the fair season is over. We also plan to use this on the new NACCAP website, and there will be no charge for that; two websites for the price of one. For the NCCF site, your logo will randomly pop up on any of the fair pages and frequency will depend on how many schools participate. This is open to all NACCAP, ABHE and CCCU member schools only.

WEBSITES
Thanks to Reusser Design from Indiana for reconstructing the NACCAP Conference and NCCF websites. Over the summer, we will be working with Reusser to build a new and improved NACCAP website. Please be patient, as the NCCF site is still under construction, but we hope you enjoy some of the changes you have already seen. More improvements will come in the coming months, as we continue to serve you as an organization. www.nccf.us.

CONFERENCE EVALUATIONS
If you attended the conference at Bethel College this year, you should have received an email last week in regards to the conference evaluation. If you would still like to fill out an overall conference evaluation, please do so by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/PP82Y6F


SNAC (Sessions for New Admissions Counselors) CONFERENCE
NACCAP and the SNAC Team would like to invite you to the 16th annual SNAC Conference. This event will be held on the beautiful campus of Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina. ASIA TOUR
NACCAP will once again be heading back to Asia for our 7th International Tour. Dates have been set, and are listed below. If you are interested in joining this tour, please contact krista@naccap.org. Deadline to join will be September 1, 2010.
