Info on Europe and Africa Tour

Estimated cost for the overall trip is around $4000 (USD) (this price is based on current flight estimates, and can vary based on location origin). The cost includes transportation, housing and meals. Please note that the traveling representative will need a Russian visa, and be up to date on vaccinations for traveling to Africa. Those costs are not included, but might not be over the estimated cost above. This price does not include shipping costs, if you plan to send your material over early.

This year, ACSI is asking for schools to apply for involvement in the fair, send in a $200 participation fee and then be accepted. Due to the high volume of interest, it is on a first come first serve basis. For more information and registration forms, please email krista@naccap.org.

If you are a NACCAP member institution college or university and are unable to attend the tour this year, but would like your material sent with the NACCAP representative for display on the NACCAP table during the college fairs, the cost to do this will be $75 per fair location ($450) total. You can also contact Krista at NACCAP Headquarters for more information on this. Materials and payment must be received by October 1, 2009.

Upcoming tours will include a Latin America fairs in the spring of 2010 and an Asian fair circuit the fall of 2010. Please check back for more information and dates on those locations.
