The early bird price for our fairs is being extended to August 14. After that date, the price per fair will increase $50.

If/when we need to cancel or reschedule events, you will be notified
about the changes and still be able to engage in all of the alternative
formats ONLY if you register. Our cancellation and refund policy is clear and minimizes your risk.
NACCAP’s refund policy this year in light of COVID-related circumstances will be as follows:
If a participating school pulls out of a fair(s) up through September 9, they will receive a refund (less $100 per fair administrative fees) or can transfer that registration to another fall fair.
If NACCAP cancels a fair, participating schools will be able to either transfer their registration to another in-person or virtual fair or receive a full refund.
Unique situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
NACCAP is also hosting our own Virtual Christian College Fair.
We strongly encourage all schools participating
in our in-person fairs to be involved in the virtual fair as it will enhance your recruiting efforts.
