Dr. Molly Smith will transition from her current role with the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) to serve as associate vice president of undergraduate admissions at Biola University.
After much thought, prayer and consideration, Smith accepted the opportunity to return to a campus-based leadership role, bringing her extensive experience in enrollment, admissions and Christian higher education to Biola University.
During her time with NACCAP, Smith played an important role in advancing the organization’s mission of serving Christian education and the professionals who work within it. Her leadership contributed to the expansion of NACCAP’s reach, the strengthening of events and professional development programs, the development of new initiatives and the organization’s ongoing efforts to better serve students, families and Christian colleges and universities.
“Molly has made an incredible impact on NACCAP through her leadership, creativity, energy and genuine commitment to Christian education,” said Keith Ramsdell, NACCAP president. “She has invested deeply in the people around her and has brought both professionalism and genuine care to everything she does. We are thankful for her friendship, her wisdom and the many ways she has strengthened NACCAP. We are also grateful that this transition is not a complete goodbye.”
Smith will continue to serve NACCAP in a limited capacity, including leading the SCCCU and assisting with other projects. Her continued involvement will allow NACCAP to benefit from her experience and maintain an ongoing connection with her as she begins her new role at Biola. NACCAP is grateful for her significant contributions and looks forward to the continued impact of her leadership in the field.
