The North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) is a nonprofit association comprised of over 400 Christian liberal arts colleges and universities, Bible colleges, graduate schools and seminaries, and Christian K–12 schools across North America. Since 1970, NACCAP has served as the leading professional development organization for Christian enrollment and guidance professionals, fostering career development, prioritizing spiritual formation, and advancing the mission of Christian education.
The Strategic Partnership Program is designed for organizations whose priorities and goals align with those of NACCAP and who seek a deeper, more meaningful relationship with the association and its members. The program cultivates long-term, mission-driven collaboration with partners who support Christian education through ethical practice and a demonstrated understanding of enrollment strategy, institutional sustainability, and student success.
PURPOSE
To cultivate a mission-aligned community of service providers who support Christian education and prioritize NACCAP’s vision above individual or corporate gain.
To promote collaboration and shared leadership through information exchange, service, and thought leadership that strengthens Christian K-12 schools and universities.
To position NACCAP as the premier professional development destination for higher education enrollment professionals and K-12 school counselors serving Christian institutions by fostering partnerships that advance best practices, excellence, integrity, and faithful stewardship.
To generate sustainable, values-aligned revenue through long-term partnerships invested in the vitality, resilience, and future of Christian education.
To share data, insights, trends, and best practices that equip NACCAP members to lead effectively within an increasingly complex education and enrollment landscape.
To leverage partner expertise and support in advancing NACCAP’s strategic initiatives, programs, and services in ways that amplify mission impact and member value.
DETAILS
Strategic Partnerships are renewed annually on a January 1–December 31 cycle, with fees prorated based on the month a partner joins the program. All partnership levels are non-exclusive, ensuring broad engagement across the NACCAP community. We also welcome and appreciate any special discounts or benefits partners are able to extend to NACCAP member institutions.

The Platinum Strategic Partnership (PSP) represents NACCAP’s highest level of partnership and reflects the conviction that meaningful progress in advancing Christian education does not occur by chance. Achieving the goals of this partnership requires intentional collaboration, thoughtful planning, and a sustained investment of time and resources. This level is reserved for NACCAP’s most trusted partners, organizations that seek deep, collaborative relationships and recognize that by working together, combining experience, knowledge, and a shared purpose, we can accomplish far more collectively than any one organization could achieve alone.
A hallmark of PSP membership is a commitment to thought leadership that advances and strengthens Christian post-secondary and K-12 education. PSP members contribute through research initiatives, case studies, and professional development opportunities, including webinars, podcasts, conference sessions and other educational forums. Through these efforts, partners are recognized as subject-matter experts that help shape dialogue around ethical enrollment practices, institutional sustainability, and student success.
Another defining expectation of the PSP is a tangible commitment to service. Members must complete an annual service project of their choice that directly supports a Christian K–12 school, college, or university, either through NACCAP-facilitated initiatives or in partnership with a local institution. Service contributions may include fundraising, the sharing of professional expertise, strategic consultation, program development, or other mission-aligned support that strengthens Christian education and expands institutional capacity.
Through this elevated partnership and participation in the Trusted Partnership Circle advisory committee, PSP members join a select group of collaborators advancing NACCAP’s mission through leadership, service, and shared faith, creating lasting impact across the Christian education ecosystem. This group will meet twice annually, once online and once at Annual Conference, to share insights, promote best practices, and spur one another on to love and good deeds. (Hebrews 10:24)
Prospective PSP members are expected to have held Associate membership status for at least two years prior to application. Current PSP members must maintain an Associate membership.
