During each of the three eight-week modules, students will benefit from seven Monday evening lectures (7-9 pm ET). In addition, their cohort will meet weekly for one hour at a time convenient for the group. Participants will also enjoy a 1-on-1 with their mentor during each module. Each module will involve written assignments and reading, and during Module 2, each participant will give a brief presentation on a relevant enrollment topic.
LDEP is facilitated through a cohort model clustering participants in groups of 5-6 that remain together the entire program under the mentorship of an experienced enrollment professional with at least 25 years of enrollment experience. Cohort groups are established based on experience - emerging leaders (senior counselors and assistant directors), middle-managers and senior-level administrators.
Geneva College is partnering with NACCAP to enable participants to earn six graduate credits through involvement in the LDEP program. The first 12 weeks of LDEP 2027 will be the basis for the first three credits, while the remaining credits will result from completing the final 12 weeks of the program.
The six credits can be applied towards Geneva College’s master of higher education degree, or participants can register through the college as a special, non-degree seeking student and simply have the credits available for transfer to other graduate programs. The total cost for the six credit hours is $575, either as a non-degree student or as a student in the M.A. program. Geneva has pledged to provide a 33 percent discount on the remaining credit hours required for the M.A. after the certificate program is completed.

NACCAP recognizes that strong leaders are self-aware, possess emotional intelligence and recognize their strengths and weaknesses. To pursue this understanding, the LDEP program expects students to have completed a recognized assessment tool during the past three years, and if not, to take an assessment of their choice during the early weeks of the programs. All participants will reference these assessments in conversations with their mentor and in written assignments during the year.

Linda Hoffman has 35 years of experience in Christian higher education enrollment. She has served at both Malone University (8 years) and Roberts Wesleyan University (24 years) in nearly every enrollment position from Admissions Counselor to Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions to Vice President of Admissions & Marketing. Linda holds a MA in Communications from SUNY Brockport. Her BA is from Wheaton College which is where her career in enrollment management began with an admissions work-study position. She was hooked. She loves the “chase” of admissions, the campus connections admissions requires and staff development. Linda has served on the NACCAP board of directors as well as served as a commissioner on the CCCU enrollment commission. She was recently honored by NACCAP with a 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award.
Having recently retired from enrollment management, she currently is working in her local public school district. In her spare time she enjoys playing her violin, teaching Sunday school, and hiking with her family. Linda lives in Canton, Ohio, with her husband, Joe, and their son, Jamee.
Lauren has over 20 years of higher education leadership in a variety of areas. She currently serves as Calvin University's vice president of enrollment strategy, where she has driven growth in recruitment and retention and led strategy and vision work. At Calvin she has led teams in admissions, international recruitment and immigration, communications and marketing, college access, and institutional effectiveness & analytics. Lauren is passionate about helping presidents, vice presidents and senior leaders develop effective strategies and navigate the landscape of higher education and enrollment. Prior to Calvin, Lauren worked at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, Canada, overseeing planning, budgets and effectiveness. She is a strong supporter of Christian higher education and has served as a commission and chair of the CCCU Enrollment Commission. She lives with her husband and their two teenagers in West Michigan.
Jessica’s career in higher education spans over 30 years. She started her consulting firm, JM Partner Solutions, in 2021 and serves as a higher education consultant as well as focuses on executive coaching, leadership development, and sales and performance coaching and training. Previously, she served as a senior executive at Ruffalo Noel Levitz in the enrollment management division. She worked at RNL for over 10 years and served more than 200 institutions during her tenure with RNL, including many NACCAP campuses. She primarily worked with presidents, executive teams, and boards of trustees to support enrollment and fiscal health.
Additionally, Jessica is a product and strong supporter of Christian higher education, having served as the vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Vanguard University of Southern California, a NACCAP/CCCU campus, for 19 years prior to joining RNL.
Jessica and her husband, Merl, are based in Southern Nevada and are the parents of Josie and Noah.
Keith Ramsdell has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education and enrollment management. He currently serves as the President of the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) leading the premier organization that supports enrollment professionals in Christian higher education and K-12, focusing on professional development, member engagement, and program innovation.
Keith previously served as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at Ashland University where he provided strategic leadership and vision for undergraduate, graduate, international and online admissions, enrollment operations, financial aid, military and veterans services, marketing and communications, and homeschool and classical learning initiatives.
Keith has also been a member of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management, since 2006. He has served that organization as President and Vice President and is currently a member of the External Relations and Partnerships Committee and the NAGAP Experts Bureau. He was the recipient of the association’s 2022 Distinguished Service Award.
Greg Van Dyke has served at Dordt University since 2004, beginning his career in a split role as an admissions counselor and head cross country and assistant track coach. Over the years, he has served in a variety of enrollment leadership roles, including nearly a decade as Director of Admissions, before becoming Dordt’s Vice President for Enrollment in 2025.
Throughout his career, Greg has been involved with NACCAP through SNAC and LDEP training, and was recently appointed to the NACCAP Board. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is developing new admissions counselors and helping them understand the importance of their role in Christian higher education. Greg is passionate about the opportunity Christian higher education has to prepare students not only for a career, but also for lives of faith, service, and calling.
Greg and his wife, Lorilyn, have two daughters, Jaida and Poppy. Much of their time outside of work is spent attending their daughters’ activities, cheering them on, and enjoying time together as a family.
Anne Goneau has spent over 30 years immersed in the world of Christian education. She currently serves as the Director of Enrollment at Delaware County Christian School, a premier PK2-12 college-preparatory Christian school located just outside of Philadelphia. Anne is a seasoned educational leader with more than a decade of dedicated expertise in admissions and enrollment management. Her impact extends well beyond the admissions office; she also serves as an assistant coach for the girls varsity basketball team, helping guide the Lady Knights to a historic milestone, celebrating a PIAA Class A State Championship this past year.
Anne holds an undergraduate degree from Messiah University, and is an alumna of Leadership Development Education Program (LDEP). Currently she is expanding her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education at Geneva College. Throughout her career, Anne has been passionate about connecting families with transformative Christian education and guiding students towards a deeper understanding of their role in God’s grander story of redemption.
Anne lives in the Philly suburbs with her husband, Dave (married 30 years!), and is the proud mother of three grown children, Caleb, Caitlyn, and Tommy. If you can’t find her at her desk or on the court, she’s likely dreaming of her happy place: Maine. She loves spending her vacations there soaking up the outdoors—hiking, biking, kayaking, eating plenty of lobster, and always starting the morning with a perfect cup of coffee on the deck.
Laura Sizelove serves as the mentor to K-12 School Administrators in the LDEP program.
Laura is the Director of K-12 Admissions & Enrollment at Valley Christian Schools, an independent private school with over 2,800 students in San Jose, CA. She has worked in enrollment management for over 20 years. Laura began her career at her alma mater, Biola University, where she served as the Campus Visit Coordinator, Assistant Director of Admissions, and the Director Parent Relations. In addition to her time in the Enrollment Management field, Laura held pastoral roles for 12 years at two different churches in Silicon Valley, California.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies from Talbot School of Theology, and an MA in Higher Education through Geneva College. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at Biola.
Laura and her husband, Jon, live in Los Gatos, CA and have three children – Mark, Rachel and Andrew.
Greg Vaughan is entering his seventh year as program director for LDEP. Greg retired from Biola University in 2019 after a 42-year career, primarily in enrollment-related positions. While serving as vice president for enrollment management his final 11 years at Biola, he had responsibility for admissions, financial aid, intercollegiate athletics, church relations, academic advising, youth arts programs, career development and retention. Since leaving Biola, Greg has been a consultant with Credo Higher Education and Fuller Higher Ed Solutions, and has served as interim vice president at three institutions — Pacific Union College, Bethany College (Kansas) and Fresno Pacific University.
Greg helped establish the Christian College Fairs™ in 1995 and was NACCAP's treasurer from 1995 to 2009. He was honored with NACCAP's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019 and the Chant Thompson Servant Leadership Award in 2024. Greg holds a B.A. in communication from Biola University and an M.A. in social science from Azusa Pacific University. Greg and his wife, Kathy, have been married 44 years, live in La Mirada, California, and have two adult children (Corey and Erin) and one grandson (Felix).
