In 2027, NACCAP plans to curate a series of microcourses for new admissions counselors serving graduate, adult, professional studies and seminary students. Microcourses are designed for counselors with less than one year of experience in the field. The content of these sessions focuses on increasing self-awareness, professionalism and confidence all while learning best practices of admissions work like the managing the graduate student journey, sales training, recruiting today's graduate students and how to best manage time while multitasking. Below are just a few of the topics new counselors will be able to access online.
Each course will be led by seasoned leaders in enrollment management who bring real-world experience and actionable insights to the learning experience.
