Interested in Hosting the NACCAP Annual Conference? Is your campus interested in hosting a future NACCAP Annual Conference? We are now accepting bids from member institutions to serve as host sites for 2027 and beyond. Hosting a NACCAP conference is a meaningful way to showcase your institution while welcoming enrollment and guidance professionals from across North America. Please note: While we welcome all proposals, limited conference slots are available, and several factors are considered when selecting host sites. In the past, selected institutions have often chosen to underwrite a portion of conference expenses — such as facility usage fees, catering and meal costs or other on-campus services — as part of their commitment to supporting NACCAP’s mission and membership. To be considered for the 2027 conference, completed bids must be submitted by August 31, 2025. Please review and complete the attached bid packet for full details and requirements.
