About the Study

Launched in 2025, this market research study is a collaborative initiative of NACCAP and the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), with research conducted by JM Partner Solutions, to better understand how Christian higher education is perceived today. Building on earlier studies completed in 1986, 2000, and 2009, the research examines the views of prospective students, parents, alumni, and high school counselors. It also incorporates social listening analysis and secondary data analysis of over 100,000 students admitted to member institutions. The study explores perceptions related to academic quality, affordability, spiritual formation, belonging, career preparation, and overall value. Its findings provide participating institutions with deep insight into emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of Christian higher education. Select high-level insights are being shared publicly to support leadership, strategy, and engagement across the sector.
